PlasClad is the brand name for Gwynedd Building Plastics Hygienic
PVC Wall and Ceiling Lining System. It has been developed by the company
with over 15 years experience in the field of providing the food and drinks
industry with hygienic environments that conform to EU Health and Safety
Regulations.
Complimentary systems include the supply and installation of toilet and
shower cubicles.
We can provide a complete turnkey service – on-site surveys, inspecting
substrates, and subsequently providing a full specification of works.
We operate throughout the UK and our own teams of skilled fitters carry
out all our installations.

Decorative Panelling is regarded as the modern alternative to
ceramic tiles, particularly where hygienic environments are paramount,
and where a decorative finish is preferred. It is also ideal for
wash down ceilings. When installed to the recommended guidelines
the systems provide a waterproof and hygienic surface that conforms
to EU Health & Safety Regulations.
Decorative panelling comes in a wide range of colours and designs
and can be installed in a fraction of the time it would take to
tile.
In new build situations, decorative panelling can be installed
direct to bare block walls and/or ceilings, direct to rafters.

Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic sheet for strict
hygiene environments and where high resistance
to impact is required. Stain resistant Surfaseal®
finish allows dirt and grease to be cleaned off
easily.
Available in two grades, Class O Flame Spread
Test (FX grade), and Class 3 Flame Spread Test
(P grade).

PlasClad
Hygienic PVC Wall Lining Systems
Food Grade PVC, Class1 Surface Spread of Flame Fire
Certificate.
Resistant to most chemicals and alkalis.
Generally used as hygienic wall cladding for commercial
kitchens, industrial and commercial food processing
outlets, hospitals, and clean rooms in the pharmaceutical
industry.
The systems are also ideal for commercial/industrial
situations where a moisture proof, impact resistant
wipe clean, wall covering is called for, e.g., swimming
pools, toilets, shower rooms, etc.
Available in white, and a range of pastel colours.
The sheets are fixed direct to the substrate, usually
by an all over adhesive method.
To avoid bacteria traps, all internal and external corners
are machine thermoformed on site and perimeters sealed
with food grade silicone sealant.

POLYPROPYLENE SHEET
Although polypropylene sheet has a similar appearance as Plasclad pVC
sheet, its characteristics are substantially different. Polypropylene
achieves only Class 4 Fire Rating and should not be used
in commercial kitchens (or anywhere there is a potential fire risk).
Mechanically fixed to substrate with high impact polyethylene rivets (polypropylene
cannot be installed with adhesive).
Ideal for: Milking parlours, dairies, Caravan park toilet blocks.

STAINLESS STEEL & ALUMINIUM CHECKER PLATE
Stainless steel is incorporated as part of a PlasClad wall lining system
where generated heat is in excess of 60degreesC.
Stainless steel and aluminium checker plate can be supplied in sheets
or formed to specific requirements as corner protectors, channels and
angles, stair nosing etc.

Made to measure for windows and doors. Installed either in cassette roller
form, or, fixed, removable, sliding, or hinged.
